"Y Not Tri" Triathlon Sponsorship

The PCYF is the lead Sponsor of the Annual YMCA Sprint Triathlon that takes place July 16th at Lakengren and benefits the YMCA's Strong Kids Annual Campaign. Register at 937-472-2010.

"Y Not Tri" to do more for the Strong Kids Campaign?

The PCYF is challenging the Triathlon participants and volunteers to raise even more money for Strong Kids by visiting and "liking" the PCYF's Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/PCYFoundation. The PCYF will donate $5 for each of the first 100 "Y Not Tri" participants who like our page.

SLAM Jam Sponsorship

These free monthly teen events are cosponsored by the PCYF, YMCA and Pleasant Vineyard Ministries to give 6th-8th graders fun and positive social outlets.

Held either at the Preble County YMCA or the Eaton Pool depending on the season, the chaperoned events offer music, snacks, games, swimming and often a educational component by SLAM leaders (Students Leading As Mentors).

Our Donors contributions keep giving!

The PCYF has freed up a new source of funding through a refinancing with their longtime supporters, Eaton National Bank and Trust & Somerville Bank. This will allow the PCYF to participate in even more upcoming opportunities and partnerships as we locate them. We are very proud of this accomplishment which allows us to get double duty out of our previous campaign donations.

Expanding facilities help us grow!

The Preble County expansion campaign was a resounding success. Our Sinclair Community College Preble County branch campus helped students complete 3,674 credit hours in its first year and the YMCA's expanded nursery and fitness room opened in early 2010 bringing our total facilities contribution to 78,888 ft2 of health, fitness & higher education space.
